The evaluation of employee silence from the perspective of foreign employees working for international companies in Poland

The aim of this research is to evaluate organizational silence behavior from the perspective foreign employees who work at international companies in Poland. It also aimed find out "what issues remain silent about, reasons for remaining silent, and how affects employees" by considering employee-manager relationships compare findings based on distinction between representations eastern western cultures. Ten ten different countries Warsaw were selected maximum variation sampling. Depth interviews conducted November December 2019 with these content analysis method was used analyze their responses. themes that stand participants’ responses summarized through tables discussed light relevant literature. situations related managers’ attitudes, behaviors, perceptions, decisions, daily moods, mentality are most common about. While employees’ culture personality, being afraid managers' reactions main causes some negative effects mood, efficiency, motivation, self-esteem. Organizational culture, managerial personality have an effect silence. Hence, well-structured structures cultures will direct managers develop positive eliminate attitudes behaviors employees. Additionally, working should take into account cultures, religions personalities not cause during communication.
